125g of melted margarine
125g of blond sugar
150g of multi-grain flour
2 bananas mixed or mashed
11g of baking powder
40g grated coconut
2 tablespoon of applesauce
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. - In a large bowl, start by mixing together the flour, sugar and baking powder. - Then add the margarine, melted beforehand, the bananas (preferably ripe) crushed or mixed, mix everything. - Then melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the mixture with the apple sauce and grated coconut. - Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste. - Put some margarine in your cake mold and place your dough in it. - Bake at 175 ° C for about 35min, watch after 30min with a knife stuck in it, it should come out dry.
