We start with an exotic smoothie, with a light taste of coconut and especially fruit! The flavor of the mango is subtle and it is the small raspberries that give a tangy tone, to be consumed for breakfast or for dessert, fruits is life! Note: The article was made before the fall, take some frozen fruit to make this smoothie (it's always better to use seasonal fruits and vegetables).
1 mango
15 raspberries
5 plums
4 tablespoons coconut yogurt
50cl of coconut rice milk
2 tablespoons of almond butter
We wash all the fruits well, we remove the stones from the plums and cut them in half (so that everything goes into the blender, for my part it is small so I have no choice), we peel the mango before cut it into small pieces and put all the ingredients to mix! A few pieces of coconut on top with chocolate shavings and you're done.
