Yummy Pancake


Hello !


Today, I present to you a pancake recipe! Perfect for weekends when you have time to make yourself a good breakfast (or during the week, it's even better when you can!).

I served my pancakes with a banana and dark chocolate, in "pancake cake" mode, as in my previous recipe which is also gluten-free available here: https://www.tofuabicyclette.com/post/pumpkin- pancakes

By sprinkling chocolate shavings between each layer, for even more taste pleasure!

 

The necessary ingredients: a coconut yogurt, sunflower oil, whole sugar, flour, baking powder, almond milk, liquid vanilla extract and a little olive oil for the pancake pan.


For utensils, a kitchen scale, a teaspoon, a pancake pan and a ladle.


 

This recipe of pancakes is:

  • Lactose-free

  • Eggs-free

  • Easy and quick to make

  • Soft

  • Delicious

  • Perfect for the breakfast

 

In detail:




  • 140g of coconut yogurt

  • 23g of sunflower oil

  • 2 tbsp of whole sugar

  • 90g of flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 125g of almond milk

  • 1 tsp liquid vanilla extract





- In a salad bowl, mix in the yogurt, oil and sugar.

- Then add while stirring the flour, the baking powder then the milk.

- Heat the pan a little by oiling it a little with a cloth.

- Pour half a ladle into the pan, cook on each side and so on until your bowl is empty.
